A training company born on the cleaning floor
Canada's cleaning services industry is large and growing — a market projected to reach CAD 10.5 billion with more than 32,000 businesses and over 320,000 workers. Yet many of those companies, especially small and medium-sized ones, struggle with the same things: high turnover, inconsistent service, and safety gaps that put staff and contracts at risk.
ProClean Workforce Solutions was founded to fix that. We provide practical, tailored training — onboarding and refreshers, WHMIS chemical safety, standard operating procedures, supervisor development, and quality audits — delivered onsite and through online modules so teams anywhere in Canada, urban or rural, can reach the same standard.

Six years in the trade — from cleaner to supervisor
Zohra Riaz began her career as a cleaner at Best Home Cleaning Services in 2019, working across residential, office, deep-clean, move-in/move-out, post-construction, and floor-maintenance jobs. That front-line experience gave her a first-hand understanding of the operational challenges cleaning companies face every day.
In October 2023 she advanced to Cleaning Supervisor, where she led teams, ran quality inspections, trained new employees, and kept operations compliant with safety standards — improving team efficiency and reducing workplace incidents along the way.
Zohra holds a WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) certification, qualifying her to train others in safe chemical handling, dilution, and compliance. Her core strengths — team supervision, staff training, workplace safety, and problem-solving — are the foundation of every ProClean program.
